What is the difference between full face, nasal and nasal pillow masks?

Which CPAP mask is best for mouth breathing?

Which CPAP mask is best for side sleeping?

How do I know my mask size?

Are all CPAP masks compatible with all CPAP machines?

Can I use a Resmed mask with a Philips or Löwenstein machine?

Are mask cushions model-specific?
Yes. Most cushions fit only specific mask models and sizes. A cushion from one mask usually will not fit another model, even from the same brand.
How do I find the correct replacement part?
Check the exact mask model name and part name. If you are unsure, send us a photo of the mask or your previous order number and we can help identify the correct part.
When should I replace my mask cushion?
Many users replace the silicone cushion every 1–3 months, depending on use and wear. Replace it sooner if it leaks, becomes cloudy, yellow, cracked, sticky or uncomfortable.
When should I replace CPAP headgear?
Headgear is usually replaced when it becomes stretched, loose, loses elasticity, or the Velcro no longer holds properly.
When should I replace CPAP tubing?
Replace tubing if it has cracks, holes, poor connection, unpleasant smell, visible wear or moisture problems that do not improve with cleaning.
How often should CPAP filters be replaced?
Filters should be checked regularly and replaced when dirty, grey or clogged. Homes with dust, pets or smoke may require more frequent replacement.
Can I return a replacement part if it does not fit?

How often should I clean my CPAP mask cushion?
The cushion area that touches your face should be cleaned regularly, ideally daily, to remove facial oils, sweat and residue that may affect comfort and seal.
How often should I deep clean my mask?
A weekly deep clean is recommended for most users. Separate the mask parts and wash them gently with mild soap and warm, drinking-quality water.
Can I use CPAP wipes?
Yes, CPAP wipes can be useful for quick daily cushion cleaning. They do not replace periodic deeper cleaning with mild soap and water.
Can I use alcohol or bleach?
No. Avoid bleach, alcohol, antibacterial sprays, harsh chemicals, scented oils and abrasive cleaners unless specifically approved by the manufacturer.
How should I dry my mask parts?
Place washed parts on a clean towel and allow them to air dry away from direct sunlight and heat. Do not use the parts until fully dry.
How often should I clean the CPAP tube?
Many users clean tubing weekly with mild soap and warm water. Heated tubing should always be cleaned according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Can I clean the humidifier water chamber with vinegar?
A weekly soak with 1 part white vinegar and 1 part water for around 15–20 minutes may help remove buildup. Rinse thoroughly afterward.

Do I need an account to place an order?
You may be able to place an order as a guest, but creating an account helps you view order history, manage subscriptions and collect loyalty points where available.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed, packed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
Can I cancel my order?
You should contact us immediately after placing the order. If the order has already been shipped, it may need to be handled according to the returns policy.
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number is included in your order confirmation email and may also be visible in your account order history if you created an account.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. Invoices are usually issued after payment has been received and the order has been processed or prepared for dispatch.
Can I change invoice details after ordering?

What if I ordered the wrong product?

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email where tracking is available.
How long does delivery take?

Are EU orders subject to customs duties?
No. Shipments within the European Union are normally free from customs duties.
Do non-EU customers pay customs or import fees?
Yes. Local VAT, customs duties, handling charges or import fees may apply outside the European Union. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.
Can CPAP batteries be shipped by express air delivery?
No. Due to air transport regulations, CPAP batteries cannot be shipped by air. If express delivery is selected for an order that includes a battery, the shipping method may be downgraded and any shipping cost difference will be refunded.
What should I do if my parcel looks damaged?
If the package appears damaged at delivery, you should refuse delivery and ask the courier to record the damage. If you accept the parcel without reporting damage, damage claims may not be accepted.

Can I return a CPAP mask after opening it?
Usually no. For hygiene and health protection reasons, opened or used CPAP masks cannot normally be returned unless the product is confirmed faulty after inspection.
Which products are hygiene-sensitive?
Hygiene-sensitive products include CPAP masks, cushions, tubing, filters, headgear, humidifier water chambers and any product that touches the face, skin, airway or therapy airflow.
How long do I have to request a return?
You should contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery before sending anything back. Products must meet the return conditions.
Who pays return shipping?
The customer is usually responsible for arranging and paying return shipping, unless a different solution is confirmed by our team or required by applicable law.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed after the returned goods are received and inspected. The time for the money to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
What if the product is faulty?
Contact us with your order number, a clear description and photos or video if possible. The product may need inspection before repair, replacement or refund can be confirmed.

Is VAT included?

Can non-EU customers request VAT refund?

Does a mask subscription renew automatically?
Yes. A subscription automatically creates renewal orders according to the frequency selected, unless you pause or cancel it before the renewal date.
Can I cancel a mask subscription?
Yes. You can cancel or pause the subscription through your account or by contacting support before the next renewal date.
What happens if I cancel after renewal?
If a renewal order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible for that specific order. Future renewals can still be cancelled.
Is shipping free for mask subscriptions?
Eligible mask subscriptions may include free standard shipping according to the subscription terms and destination availability.
What if the subscription product is out of stock?
