Shipping
CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) therapy is a treatment used to manage obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). It involves wearing a mask that delivers a steady stream of air pressure to keep your airways open during sleep, preventing pauses in breathing.
If you have been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea through a sleep study, your doctor may recommend CPAP therapy as an effective treatment. Common symptoms of sleep apnea include loud snoring, frequent awakenings, and excessive daytime sleepiness.

Regular replacement of CPAP equipment is crucial for maintaining effective therapy. Masks and cushions should typically be replaced every 3 to 6 months, tubing every 6 months, and the machine’s filter every 1 to 3 months. Refer to our Replacement Program for more details.

Returns
We accept returns for most unopened and unused CPAP products within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Please note that certain items, such as masks and accessories, may not be eligible for return once opened due to hygiene reasons.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product received. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
