At CPAPmask.eu, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and transparent delivery services. As a European-based company, all our shipments to Europe are free from customs duties.
We deliver both within Europe and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. If courier companies update their rates unexpectedly, there may be a slight difference in shipping cost. In such cases, we will inform you and proceed only upon your acceptance.

Regardless of the shipping method, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your shipment.
Note on CPAP Batteries:
Due to air transport regulations, CPAP batteries cannot be shipped by air. Therefore, express delivery is not available for these items and we will downgrade the shipping option Standard.
Free Shipping Availability:
Not available for overseas destinations or locations where economy delivery is not possible.
Important Notes for Non-European Countries
- All prices for non-European countries are exclusive of VAT.
- Local authorities in your country may apply customs duties, handling charges, or other import fees. These are the customer’s responsibility, and CPAPmask.eu does not cover these costs.
- Please familiarize yourself with your country’s customs regulations before placing an order.
Free Shipping Policy
- Free shipping is not available for destinations where economy delivery options do not exist, including all overseas locations.
- Free shipping does not exempt you from paying applicable customs duties in non-EU countries. These are determined and collected by your local authorities.
Order Processing
All orders follow these steps before shipment:
- Payment Authorization & Fraud Check: We verify payment and screen transactions for security.
- Quality & Configuration: Products are inspected and configured based on medical prescriptions, where applicable.
- Dispatch: Orders are shipped according to the selected delivery method.
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days.
- Express shipping orders are prioritized, followed by standard and then free shipping.
- Orders with free shipping via regular post are typically dispatched twice per month.
Courier Deliveries
- Deliveries generally occur Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- If you have special delivery instructions, please mention them in the “Customer Note” at checkout or email us immediately.
- Always monitor your email for updates from CPAPmask.eu or the courier.
Important:
If a package appears damaged, you must refuse delivery and note this on the delivery slip. If unsure, inspect the package thoroughly before signing. Signing acknowledges that you received the goods in good condition, after which damage claims cannot be processed.
Missed Deliveries & Re-delivery
- If you miss a delivery, a notification card will be left. You must contact the courier to arrange a new delivery.
- Failure to be present at the arranged time may result in additional charges.
- If delivery attempts fail and the package is returned to us, you may be charged a return fee and reshipping cost.
- For address changes after dispatch, a re-delivery charge will apply.
PO Box addresses are not accepted.
We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping addresses or uncollected parcels.
Deliveries Outside the EU
For shipments outside Europe:
- VAT is excluded at checkout.
- Your local customs may impose VAT, duties, or other import charges upon arrival.
These costs are determined by your country’s authorities and are payable by you.
For a smooth experience, we recommend contacting your local customs office in advance to understand possible fees.
