Important Note About CPAP Batteries

Due to air transport regulations, CPAP batteries cannot be shipped by air. Express delivery is not available for CPAP batteries. If express shipping is selected for an order that includes a battery, the shipping method may be downgraded to standard delivery and any shipping cost difference will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, selected shipping method and parcel details.

Free Shipping Policy

Free shipping may be available for eligible orders and destinations, but it is not available everywhere.

  • Free shipping is not available for overseas destinations where economy delivery is not possible.
  • Free shipping does not remove customs duties or import charges for non-EU countries.
  • Customs duties and import charges are determined and collected by local authorities.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. Express shipping orders are prioritized first, followed by standard shipping and then free shipping orders. Orders with free shipping via regular post may be dispatched in scheduled batches.

Courier Deliveries

Courier deliveries generally take place Monday to Friday during normal working hours.

Most courier deliveries are completed Monday to Friday, usually between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Damaged Packages

If a package appears damaged at delivery, you must refuse delivery and ask the courier to record the damage on the delivery slip. If you sign for the parcel without reporting damage, the shipment is considered received in good condition and damage claims may not be accepted.

Missed Deliveries & Re-delivery

Please monitor your tracking and be available for delivery to avoid delays, return fees or additional charges.

If You Miss Delivery

  • The courier may leave a notification card or send tracking updates.
  • You must contact the courier to arrange a new delivery.
  • Failure to be present at the arranged time may result in additional charges.

Returned Parcels

  • If delivery attempts fail and the package is returned to us, return and reshipping costs may apply.
  • For address changes after dispatch, a re-delivery charge may apply.
  • We are not responsible for undelivered packages caused by incorrect addresses or uncollected parcels.
  • PO Box addresses are not accepted.

Deliveries Outside the EU

For shipments outside the European Union, VAT may be excluded at checkout. Local customs authorities may apply VAT, customs duties, handling charges or other import fees when the parcel arrives in your country.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your shipment.

Are EU orders subject to customs duties?

No. Shipments within the European Union are free from customs duties.

Do non-EU customers pay customs or import fees?

Yes, local VAT, customs duties, handling charges or import fees may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.

Can CPAP batteries be shipped by express air delivery?

No. Due to air transport regulations, CPAP batteries cannot be shipped by air. Express shipping is not available for CPAP batteries and the shipping method may be changed to standard delivery.

How long does order processing take?
