The ResMed AirCurve 11 ASV PaceWave is an advanced adaptive servo-ventilation device designed to provide highly responsive therapy for patients with specific forms of sleep-disordered breathing, including central sleep apnea (CSA), complex sleep apnea and Cheyne–Stokes respiration (CSR), when clinically appropriate.

Using ResMed’s Adaptive Servo-Ventilation (ASV) technology, the device continuously monitors the patient’s breathing pattern and automatically adjusts pressure support on a breath-by-breath basis. This allows therapy to respond rapidly to changes in ventilation while supporting more stable and natural breathing throughout the night.

Built on the modern AirCurve 11 platform, the device combines advanced therapy technology with an intuitive touchscreen, integrated heated humidification, quiet operation and digital connectivity for easier everyday therapy management.
